Effect of LPS on CEBPβ nuclear translocation in granulosa cells from large follicles. Bovine granulosa cells from large diameter (> 8 mm) follicles were exposed to control medium (grey bars) or 104 ng/mL ultrapure LPS (black bars) for 6 h or 24 h.
