Multi-omics network modeling of the response to AHL mix. Protein-DNA (PDI) and protein–protein interaction (PPI) data (Depuydt and Vandepoele 2021) were used to obtain the biological connections among identified hub genes (GO: 0042742) and their predicted functionally-related genes. The size of nodes represents the number of interactions between genes, the color of nodes represents the expression pattern (groups I to VIII). The relationship between genes is represented using three types of lines: solid (PPI + PDI), dots (PDI), and marquee dash dot (PPI). The network was created in Cytoscape version 3.9.1
